Our interface also allows users to upload certain of their own information to be stored in Yottabyte Online. ATS may need to access the Uploaded Information for the purpose of resolving a problem, addressing a support issue, or addressing a suspected violation of our Terms of Use. By providing ATS with User Information and by placing Uploaded Information into our system, you are agreeing that we may store, process and review such information. We will, however, not sell or disclose User Information or Uploaded Information, unless required to do so by law.

You may be a user that has been provided access to Yottabyte Online through your company license agreement. If that is the case, your employer may have asked us to set up the company account so that users may designate certain information to be shared with other employees of the same company. This is done by designating the information as "Public" in the system. The option to make such information "Public" should not be used if the information is not to be shared by other users within the users company. The company may also require that one or more users have global rights to access any and all information of every user that has access through the company. If you have questions or concerns regarding the rights of other individuals in your company to access your information, you should raise those concerns with the appropriate person at your company.

In order to better serve you, ATS does collect certain information while you are on Yottabyte Online, such as your IP address. This information is only used for demographic purposes and to help us provide better service to our customers. We may also track and analyze non-identifying information and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers. Furthermore, we may track information with respect to individuals gaining unauthorized access to our site or using our site in violation of their license agreement.

Use of Information
We may employ User Information to contact customers regarding additional services we may have to offer, promotions, opportunities and other general information about ATS. When collecting information that might be used to contact you about our products and services, we will always give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such communications. Moreover, each e-mail communication we send includes an unsubscribe link allowing you to stop delivery of that type of communication. If you elect to unsubscribe, we will remove you from the relevant list within 10 business days. We may use information we have gathered against individuals gaining unauthorized access to our site or using our site in violation of their license agreement.

ATS has put security and back-up procedures in place. ATS is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access that are located in facilities to which access is limited. For sites to which you login, it is your responsibility to ensure the security of your password and not to reveal this information to others. When you move around a site to which you have logged in, or from one site to another that uses the same login mechanism, we verify your identity by means of an encrypted cookie placed on your machine. However, in the unlikely event there is a loss or corruption of Uploaded Information, ATS is not responsible or liable for such loss or corruption.
