Below is a short summary description of the ATS Research Methodology and Toolbox we utilize to produce Quality Prospects.

Step One - Live Research Calls & Interviews

Do you like making phone calls, doing research and interviewing IT professionals? Our research analysts interview a wide variety of contacts at enterprise class companies in the Northeast daily. This labor intensive and challenging work is a necessary step in separating contacts from high quality prospects.

The most effective strategy for identifying quality prospects continues to be live interviews by independent research analysts with NO sales agenda. Live conversations are the best way to identify quality prospects and collect contact information that is accurate and up-to-date.

ATS Field Sales Network

In addition to speaking directly to end users, our research analysts tap into our proprietary network of sales professionals representing many of the most important technology companies in the world.

Some of our best prospects come directly from field sales professionals with intimate knowledge of specific companies - in some cases your competition. As an independent research company, we are able to secure market intelligence and valuable prospect data using strategies not available to our customers.

Step Two - Internet and Primary Research

Second to live research phone calls, is a powerful suite of complementary research sources and strategies that help our research team pinpoint intelligence that can lead to your next great prospect.

ATS invests heavily in third party research and data services including: industry newswires, databases, online research services, trade magazines, on-line bulletins and special relationships with event and conference companies. We also maintain relationships with a number of industry research organizations including: Gartner, Forrester, IDC and IT consultants.

Step Three - Verification

Yottabyte is driven by one goal:
Accurate and Relevant Prospect Intelligence.

With the ever-changing pace and volatility of the technology world, verification is vital. Is a prospect still with the company? Has a job title changed? Who now handles that function?

Once prospects have been entered into Yottabyte, another research team takes the next step in verifying that each prospect's contact information is correct. Although verification steps may have already been completed by our research analysts, our verification team checks the results by verifying each prospect in the database. Both live calls and research techniques are used to verify all records.

Step Four - Quality Assurance

Because each prospect has been recently verified, ATS is able to assure that our clients receive the most accurate and up-to-date information. But because our reputation is based on data quality, a subset of our data is inspected and tested by yet another team of data experts that use a proven algorithm and statistical models to test and score the overall accuracy of our data.

The job of the Q&A team is to score the quality of Yottabyte and identify any imperfections.

Step Five - Start Over: Maintenance & Re-verification

Within 120 days, the formal "RE-verification" process begins. This is handled by a separate research team with a different skill set from our corporate research analysts, associates and quality assurance team.
